What are your graphic design project payment terms?

Our payment terms are divided into those for project under and over $1000:

For quotations $1000 and over the following standard terms apply:

  • 50% deposit on receipt of signed quotation approval before work can begin;
  • 40% on design sign-off of logo or print project;
  • 10% balance prior to finished work being handed to the client and/or forwarded to the nominated printer.

For quotations under $1000 the following standard terms apply:

  • Unless otherwise negotiated, payment is to be made in full on receipt of signed quotation before work can begin.

All payments are to be made in full within 7 days of the date of invoice and can be made by either direct electronic deposit, cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa (2.5% surcharge applies for credit card payments).
